6 Organic Dinkel Whole Grain Handmade Pie Fyllo

The fyllo is rolled with the most traditional way, like our greek grandmothers did with the rolling pin (moulder) on the traditional sofra. What makes this product innovatory is that we take off (with the most naturall way) an amount of the moisture, as a result the fyllo is kept “alive” and crispy after baking.

Package contains 6 rounded fyllo. Preserved in freezer (-18C) for about 24 months after day of production.

After defreezing, preserved in fridge for 2 days.

Diameter: 42-48cm. Product produced with 100% organic ingredients.


Ingredients: Organic Whole grain Dikel Flour, filtered water, salt, extra virgin organic greek olive oil, organic turmeric, agave sirup.


Produced in a production lane that uses milk and nuts.

Do not refreeze.


Instructions of Use

Defreeze the fyllo for about 60 minutes.

Prepare the oil mix (1/3 of a cup olive oil, 1/3 of a cup corn oil,1/3 of a cup melted butter).

Unroll the fyllo and cover them with a towel so they stay hydrated.

After buttering the baking pan, make sure you apply the oil mix on every fyllo.

After putting the first half of the packaged fyllo, fill with your preffered filling and then put the rest on top.

Bake in a preheated oven (180C) for about 35 minutes (depending on the type of oven) until you see it getting a blush.

If you want your pie to be crunchy, leave it after baking for 10 minutes and then cut.
