Our puff pastry is fully handmade, we produce it since 1979, we are using the purest raw materials.
Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, salt, filtered water, organic turmeric, partially hydrogenated vegetable fat, cotton oil, organic sunflower oil in varying proportions.
Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids
Citric acid
Preservative: Sorbate potassium
Pigment: B carotene
Produced in a production lane that uses milk and nuts.
Do not refreeze
Instructions of Use:
Defreeze the puff pastry for 90 minutes.
Apply oil on your baking pan.
Put the first sheet on the bottom, then fill with your preferable filling and cover with the other sheet.
Apply egg or oil on top.
To be evenly baked, engrave with a knife.
Bake in a preheated ove (190C) with air for about 50 -60 minutes.
If you want your pie to be crunchy, leave it after baking for 10 minutes and then cut.
Preservation
Preserved in fridge (-18C) for about 24 months after day of production,
After defreezing, preserved in fridge for 2 days.
